Okay, boys and girls! I'm happy to report, I solved my own problem. It seems Photosuite and Videowave do not play along well with Stardock's Windowblinds program.I unloaded Windowblinds, and presto, I can see drop down menus again.Roxio Technical Service, if you are monitoring this thread, please keep these two problems in mind when you go to work on the first patch for EMC 9. As you might imagine, this can be somewhat of a problem when trying to "navigate" in the program.Any advise, would be greatly appreciated on this one.I scanned the other threads, and so far it appears no one else has experienced this irregularity.I must be special!?. Both programs load okay, but for some reason the drop down menus at the top of the screen are all blank.

It is obvious from the threads I have seen Microsoft has no clue either what the problem is or how to fix it.Just to add my 2 cents to this thread.I too experienced the problem of Laser Label Disc crashing whenever I tried to load it.I'm running Logitech's Setpoint program.Once, I disabled Setpoint, Laser Label Disc now runs with no problems.Īnother little problem that I am having that I have not been able to resolve yet involves Photosuite and Videowave. Microsoft, you folks have to offer a REAL solution to this issue. It has to be a Microsoft issue since people are revertingīack to Win 7 as a solution. From what I can see on this forum this issue has not been resolved. I have seen numerous so called "solutions" to this problem on here & other forums and NONE of the solutions eliminate the problem. This problem has existed for months on this computer but it is getting worse as time passes. I have to restart the computer multiple times a day. Not long after start up, they freeze up, sometimes for only a moment and then work for a while and do it again.
